The house has 3 living areas. From the front door you enter the lounge with carpet flooring. There are 4 single couches as well as seating for another 6 people. It has huge windows and overlooks the ocean. To your left is another living area which is ideal for young children as it is very spacious with carpet flooring. There is a single bed in the left corner and in the middle is a pool table. In the right corner is a small office. The third living area is more a family TV room, also with carpet flooring, 2 double couches and 1 single couch. There is a DSTV dish, but you must please bring your own decoder and card. For the cold evenings there is a small fire place. All 2 living areas are warm and sunny with sea view.

The kitchen is an old fashion farm kitchen with tile flooring and wooden built in cupboards with sliding glass doors. It is very spacious, every women’s dream. In the middle is a built in stove with lots of work space and it can be seen as a breakfast nook. It is fully equipped with a double built in oven, a double door fridge and freezer, 2 standard size microwaves, dishwasher and everything you will need for the perfect holiday. In the left corner is a huge wooden dining room table with 6 chairs and a beautiful wooden sideboard. Between the kitchen and the dining area is the back door which leads to the back yard which is enclosed.

From the kitchen the passage with carpet flooring and built in cupboards is to your right which leads to the bedrooms. The family bathroom is the first door left, with tile flooring, a bath, and basin. The toilet is separate next to the bathroom. Opposite the bathroom are 2 sunny and spacious bedrooms with carpet flooring and built in cupboards. The first one has a double bed and the second one 2 single beds. What a feeling to wake up in the morning overlooking the ocean. The main bedroom is at the end of the passage also with carpet flooring and built in cupboards. This room is not so sunny and lovely cool in the summer. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet with tile flooring.

The fourth bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms with lots of privacy. You enter it from the living area and have a double bed, rocking chair and built in cupboards with tile flooring. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

The yard is enclosed with little grass and a beautiful garden. There is more than enough playground for children and a washing line. For dad there is a built in braai, a freestanding braai as well as gas braai.

There is space for 2 vehicles in the garage. In the garage is the washing machine and tumble dryer. You will find a patio set which can be used outside at the braai area. To secure enough warm water the house has 2 geysers. For that extra secure feeling, there is an alarm system.
