This is a secure complex with guards on duty 24/7 with boom operated entrance by the guards, that monitor the access to the complex as well has CCTV and it is fenced off by high steel fencing.

Entering the apartment you enter the open plan kitchen that flows into the living and dining room area. Then you have the 2 rooms on either sides respectively with each of its rest rooms.

The kitchen has a nice mahogany finish with a black granite counter top finish, with the in-between silver appliances. It is fitted with a stove and oven already with an oven hob, a double sink, with lots of cupboards to pack all the cutlery and crockery and any other utensils. There is a small breakfast nook as well to sit and eat at if you don’t have a dining table as yet.

The living room, given its position in the corner of the apartment with lots of windows running in both directions gives in a lot of light to brighten up the apartment, but also gives an almost near 360 degree view of the sea and mountain without travelling far to have it.

The dining area is part of the section as the living room only that it is separated by a single concrete column. This is not a big space but it will accommodate a small table with 4 chairs maybe 6 chairs. By the dining area there is a sliding door window which leads onto a small balcony that is shared by the main bedroom, and you can also see the sea and mountains from here. If you get up really early in the mornings then you will be able to watchen the sun rise, and what a beautiful sight to see nature at its best.

Moving on to the main bedroom, you enter into a big space with lots of windows running along the one side where the sea stares at you once again. The entire apartment including the rooms is tiled. The room has built-in cupboards, and there is an en-suite bathroom as well. You will be able to watch the sun rise from the comfort of your bed even.

The bathroom of the main room is spacious and is the only bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and wash basin atop a cupboard in. The cupboard can be used for towel linen and toiletries. The design is beautiful, as though you are treated to a luxury hotel.

The 2nd bedroom is also spacious but not as big as the main room, but it also has built-in cupboards and tiled floors, with its own en-suite bathroom. From the window of this room you also have a view of the sea but not like the one from the living room, but its good enough than not to have one at all.

The 2nd bathroom features only a shower, toilet, and a wash basin atop a cupboard for toiletries. But with 2 bathrooms no one has to wait to make use of the rest room, which makes it more convenient when you are entertaining guest.
