This self catering unit is situated in The Branders a land mark in the Garden route and also South Africa. It is a full sea facing unit that is only 40 meters from the sea. The unit is split level the top level has a beautiful view of the sea. This level has a bedroom that has a double bed and lots of BIC, it has a guest toilet with basin, the kitchen and open plan lounge with sliding doors that lead onto the balcony.

Move down stairs and you have the back bedroom with double bed and bunk beds and BIC. There is a family bathroom with bath, toilet and basin. The main bedroom has two single beds with two extra mattresses with BIC. This bedroom also has an En-suite bathroom with shower toilet and basin. This bedroom also has sliding doors that leed out onto the patio and the communal gardens with braai facilities for each unit and gardens for the kids to ply, it has easy access to the beach from this ground level with outdoor showers for when you return from the beach. The unit has a TV, DVD and DSTV.

This is apartment block has undercover parking and a visitors bay. There are lifts and it is wheelchair friendly. No pets allowed. There is a communal pool with deckchairs and braai facilities, clubhouse and toilets near the pool. There are laundry facilities in the apartment black for washing and tumble drying it is coin operated so bring loose change. This unit is fully self catering so just bring towels.
