This freestanding house is in a very quiet neighborhood in the very popular Hartenbos. It is 800 meters from the Amphi-Theatre and 950 meters from the beach and all other amenities. You enter this 2 bedroom house through a sliding door and the first area is the dining area with a small table. Towards your left is a small but fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a freestanding stove, a fridge/freezer, a standard size microwave and everything you will need for the perfect holiday. The built-in cupboards are stocked with cutlery for 4 people. The tile flooring makes cleaning a pleasure.

From the kitchen you go into the living area with tile flooring. There is huge windows with burglar bars. In the living area are 4 cozy couches, a small television and a radio.

The family bathroom is next to the dining area and has a standard size bath, basin and toilet with tile flooring.

The main bedroom can be entered from the outside of the house via a sliding door or from the second bedroom. For that extra family or romantic feeling there is a fireplace in the main bedroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and a standard size television in the corner. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

The second bedroom is next to the main bedroom with 2 single beds.

In front of the house is a huge stoep with a built-in braai. On the stoep is seating for 4 people. Inside the house is a plastic garden table and 4 plastic chairs for that lovely summer nights around the fire. There is shaded parking for 2 vehicles.
