Entering the house, you step up onto a small patio that’s secured by safety gates and bars. As you walk into the house you step on tiled floors, but then to your very left you find the living room which has wooden flooring.
The living area is spacious, and with the wooden floors your feet won’t get very cold, but it also compliments the room and creates a warm feeling and cosy environment.
Following from the living room you have the formal dining room, a spacious room for a sizeable dining table with chairs. There are a few doors leading into various areas of the house. This is due to the fact that over the years there had been alterations made by building onto the existing house.
One of these doors leads to the big spacious kitchen. In the kitchen you can easily fit another dining table to make it a kitchen dining table. Walking back through to the formal dining area, you then you walk to the bedrooms and bathrooms, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is like a self catering room as it has a small kitchenette, with a small area for a TV room, and its own en-suite bathroom featuring, a toilet, wash basin, and shower.
The other 3 bedrooms are all spacious with built-in cupboards and a window for light and to see the outside view from. 2 of the 3 bedrooms is a slight bit smaller than the other, but it is still spacious to fit beds and side tables in where possible.
The 2 family bathrooms are both spacious, and ideal, so that no one has to wait for another person to finish bathing for them to make use of the bathroom. With 2 bathrooms, 2 people can bath, and use the toilet simultaneously. The other great part about the 2 bathrooms is that the one has a bath and the other a shower. So you have the best of both worlds. You can take a relaxing long bath with candles, and bubbles, or you can just jump in the shower and get it over and done with.
This is a great house for family living. There is Lot of room in and around the house. There is a small garden as well and it is surrounded by boundary walls.
With this house situated in Mossel Bay it is a great place to be, with great weathers and a wonderful community. You must come and have a look.

Dining area: This area is a more secluded area and a more formal dining area for when you have guest over. Or you could possibly have other ideas for this area to make use of the space.
Living area: the living area is spacious with laminated flooring, windows to allow plenty light in, and ample room for the lounge suite to fit.
Kitchen: The kitchen is one big space with cupboards running along both sides, with a double sink, and 2 windows for light.
