Geographical borders have disappeared due to modern technology, and the directors and staff of TVB Incorporated strive to stay up to date with new technological developments.

 Directors and staff

Deon Terblanche
Obtained his LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 1998. He also has a B.Com Law degree with majors in accounting and financial management, which he obtained cum laude in 1996. Deon was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2000 and has been employed by some of the most reputable law firms and financial institutions in South Africa. His field of expertise includes commercial and corporate law, tax law, insurance and insurance law, specialised and structured finance, alternative risk financing and corporate finance. He has served as an advisor to some of the largest corporations in South Africa as well as multi-nationals on some of the best documented deals. Deon married Annemarié during September 2009 and they enjoy going to the gym and reading together. Deon is an avid supporter of the Blue Bulls rugby team

Yolande van der Berg
Completed her legal studies at Potchefstroom in 2005. She also holds a B.Com Law degree from Potchefstroom, in which she majored in accounting.  Yolande was admitted as an attorney in 2008 and as a conveyancer and attorney with right of appearance in the High Court during 2009. She has experience in litigation, both magistrate and high court, divorces, estates, third party claims, conveyancing, collections and criminal work. Yolande was married during 2007 to Coenie and they enjoy camping and 4x4 trails together. Yolande is a proud supporter of the Western Province rugby team.

Administrative staff

Janika Prinsloo
Obtained her Senior Certificate in 2008 with one distinction, and duly graduated from Point High School. She worked for a well established pharmacy in Mossel Bay afterward and decided to join TVB Incorporated in February 2009. Janika is acting as assistant for Yolande and Deon and is currently considering doing her conveyancing secretarial course. She enjoys walking and swimming.
