Our values

Terblanche Total Property Solutions people believe strongly in the five values below. Our people live these values every day. These values form the basis of the advice we give and the actions we take. Even though circumstances may change, our values are permanent.
 
We also believe that living by these values will naturally lead to certain behaviours, which are also listed below. Collectively these values and behaviours form what we call the Terblanche Total Property Solutions Code of Honour.
 
Each person joining the Company signs the following declaration:
 
“I, the undersigned, hereby solemnly swear that I will always uphold the Code of Honour even when it may be difficult or inconvenient to do so. I will make sure that my own conduct is in compliance with the above Code of Honour. I accept and request that any one of my colleagues may show me on my non-compliance with the Code of Honour in the spirit of guiding my conduct to that required under the Code of Honour.”
