Appointing a member of NAMA offers the benefit of the managing agent having had to satisfy an independent body regarding their competence. In addition, a condition of membership is that the agency adheres to a code of practice. NAMA offers owners, bodies corporate and homeowners associations recourse in the event of a claim against one of their members.
